Core responsibilities included custom and tailored servers built for clients of all fashions from the simple “Mom and Pop Online Store” to advanced redundant systems ranging from 10-1300 servers for one client. I built my very own automated web hosting script back in 2001 that was so easy to maintain. The only interaction I ever had with clients was new sales. Everything ran as smooth as waking up everyday. Knowing everyone of my clients were taken care of 100% uptime. (Unless the datacenter where all servers were co-located to burnt to the ground. Which never happened.)

  • Client retention was the biggest goal and always keeping my clients always on top of any scheduled router maintenance to a simple overlook of a client’s server for whatever issue arose.
  • The ability to troubleshoot anything related to a client’s server and their OS they used, and ensure they were back up online in a timely fashion. (Within 5 minutes, unless there was hardware failure 30 minutes tops)
  • The ability to keep redundancy was another top mission to keep everyone’s data safe. (Never had a failure or loss of information throughout seven years hosting other business servers or websites)
  • Partnered up with ThePlanet at one time having over 130 personal servers of mine co-located and hosted over 62,000+ shared and active web hosting plans at one time from 2005-2008.
  • Employed 35 full time remote system administrators throughout the years of 2004 – 2008 and overseen their daily cycle of work. Once the business took off to another level that was not even possible to do as a one-man show any longer via the shared web hosting plans.
  • Given 100% Customer Support 24/7/365 to all customers and treated them all equal no matter what plan they chose. $.99/mo plans to the $1,300/mo co-located plans.
